Finding Safe Space

If you’re in a relationship where there is violence, you need to leave and find a therapist. Do not stay. You owe it to yourself. You owe it to the people that you love to protect them and yourself. So do not stay.
Respect

When somebody uses a word or language that you don’t like and address you, you feel it’s very degrading. So when you are in a relationship, you need to set your boundaries. You need to have respect for each other and to respect each other.
Self-respect

Self-respect is the most important thing you need to keep in your life like loving yourself. Don’t feel that not those men don’t get abused, verbally and physically. But more women do. And it’s important that you can you demand in a relationship the respect, but you also have to give it so there’s the other side to it.

If you are in a toxic relationship, you need to sit down and have a talk. You need to have a conversation where you’re in control, where you choose your words carefully and articulate. It’s important to be clear about what your responsibility is and how you want things to go.
